Residential Archicad Draftsperson

Looking for an experienced residential Draftsperson with strong Archicad skills, responsible for producing high-quality documentation across the full project lifecycle – from concept sketches through to DA, permit and construction documentation. Must have min 3 years residential drafting experience using Archicad, including some volume building experience.

Concept work will require fast and accurate turnaround from limited or evolving sketches and briefs provided by the sales consultants. Production work will require careful checking of external drafting contractors work, and excellent attention to detail. The role will also provide support for colleagues as the office transitions from AutoCAD to Archicad, acting as a go-to for the team’s questions as they learn the new program.

This role may evolve over time to specialise in concept design, masters drawings, or production drawing depending on drafting team development and business needs.
