About The Opportunity As the Injury and Return to Work Services Coordinator, you will manage the administrative processes that support workers compensation and early intervention, ensuring smooth, compliant and efficient claims handling so the Injury Management Lead can focus on early intervention, case management and strategic outcomes. This includes coordinating documentation for workers compensation claims, certificates and payments ensuring accurate and timely processing of all injury related records, supporting compliance with internal systems, audit requirements and South Australia’s self insurance scheme, assisting with early intervention activities and maintaining strong communication with key stakeholders and providing continuity and consistency across all administrative aspects of injury management. About You You will bring a solid understanding of administrative processes within regulated or compliance focused environments, along with strong skills in handling confidential information and maintaining accurate document control. Your background ideally includes previous administrative experience in health, safety, insurance or compliance settings, supported by familiarity with South Australian Return to Work legislation and experience using case management or HR systems such as Donesafe or Solv. You will demonstrate high attention to detail, excellent organisational abilities, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines while managing competing priorities. You will communicate professionally in both written and verbal formats and are confident using Microsoft Office and digital record keeping systems. You may also have experience supporting injury or claims related processes or exposure to workers compensation, payroll or return to work systems, which would be highly regarded.
