Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Melbourne, VIC, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will handle day-to-day tasks such as developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying and reaching potential clients, performing sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service. The person in this role will also support the training and development of the sales team and contribute to overall sales management to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and driving revenue growth
• Experience in creating and delivering effective Training programs to support team performance
• Ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in technology or AI industry is an advantage
