We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Manufacturing Functional Consultant who will lead the end-to-end implementation of Manufacturing processes within D365 F&O. This role requires deep expertise in Production, Shop Floor, Master Planning, BOM, Routes, and related manufacturing functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a client-facing Manufacturing SME for D365 F&O.
• Map and analyze customer manufacturing operations, including production planning, material flow, shop floor execution, and quality processes.
• Gather detailed requirements specifically related to Manufacturing and Production.
• Design optimized D365 F&O solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency and align with industry best practices.
• Work closely with onshore and offshore teams to configure, test, validate, and deploy Manufacturing modules.
• Ensure Manufacturing processes integrate seamlessly with Supply Chain, Inventory, and Finance.

Required Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on functional experience in D365 F&O Manufacturing modules (Production Control, MRP, BOM, Routes, Resource Scheduling, Shop Floor Management).
• Proven experience in end-to-end D365 Manufacturing implementations.
• Additional working knowledge of Supply Chain modules (Inventory, Procurement, Planning) is highly valued.
• Familiarity with related D365 applications (Finance, SCM, CRM, Field Service, HR).
• Understanding of Microsoft technologies such as Power Apps and Azure.
• Microsoft certifications in Manufacturing/Supply Chain are an added advantage.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, especially with manufacturing stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities to understand “as-is” and design “to-be” manufacturing processes.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-location project teams.
• Strong documentation, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills.
• Fluency in verbal and written communication.
