South Australia PoliceJob reference: 706357 Location: 5000 - ADELAIDE Job status: Ongoing Eligibility: Open to Everyone Ongoing, fulltime, multiple vacancies Business Service provides corporate management of financial, asset, and information resources and service delivery of expiation notice processing, exhibit property management, vehicle impounding, and information release. Business Service is responsible for the creation, maintenance, storage, and release of information essential to SAPOL’s mission of reducing crime and servicing the community. Information Services Branch (INSB) is responsible for the management and governance of SAPOL’s information assets and has corporate responsibility for the release of SAPOL information to the public, government agencies, and courts. The Release and Compliance Officer is accountable to the Lead Release and Compliance Officer for the timely and accurate release of SAPOL information in response to requests for information from the public, government agencies, and pursuant to court orders. The Release and Compliance Officer role involves exposure to graphic and highly sensitive material, which some individuals may find distressing. Special Conditions
- The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
