We’re growing the team at Stamford Capital – Analyst (Adelaide)

Stamford Capital is Australia’s largest independent commercial finance brokerage, placing over $2.5 billion of capital in FY25 for our valued clients. With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, we are continuing to grow and are looking for a Analyst to join our Adelaide team.

You will be working out of our Adelaide office, helping manage existing client relationships as well as new ones, structuring and executing complex commercial property finance transactions. This is a client-facing role with autonomy, exposure across asset classes and capital stack segments, and the support of a highly experienced team. 

This role will provide the successful candidate with a wide-ranging experience spanning all commercial property asset classes and various segments within the capital stack. Our organisation operates with a flat management structure within a vibrant yet diligent working environment.

What you’ll do:

• Build financial models and prepare credit submissions

• Manage transactions end to end

• Work closely with clients, lenders and industry participants

• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team

What we’re looking for:

• 1-2+ years’ experience in banking, finance or property advisory

• Bachelor's degree in Property, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

• Commercial acumen and confidence with clients

• A proactive mindset and ability to deliver outcomes
