What You Will Do
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure accurate and timely support for internal teams and hospital customers.
- Manage inventory, product movements, and documentation with a high level of accuracy to meet compliance requirements.
- Process customer orders and requests, ensuring 100% data integrity across systems and workflows.
- Support logistics and scheduling tasks to ensure products and equipment are available when and where they are needed.
- Maintain records, reports, and operational dashboards to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and customer experience.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Valid Australian driver’s license.
