Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Google & Meta Ads Specialist based in Gold Coast, QLD, with occasional flexibility to work from home. The role involves managing ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, including strategy development, campaign execution, optimization, and performance reporting. The specialist will also handle ad copy creation, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ensuring alignment with client goals while staying updated on the latest trends and platform developments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign management
• Proficiency in ad optimization, audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Skills in data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics tracking
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and teams
• Ability to work both independently and in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are advantageous
