The Role Overview The Front of House Duty Manager acts autonomously within broad guidelines to provide a level of venue management befitting Australia’s premier theatre company across all venues. The role briefs and leads the team directly responsible for the safety and experience of STC patrons and may be rostered on events or shows in external venues, such as Bangarra, ATYP and ACO. The position holder is the point of contact on all FOH issues for patrons, hirers, contractors, tenants and staff during performances, BAU operational hours and out of office hours. They are, therefore, entrusted to deliver quality customer service, first aid, coordinate emergency procedures and utilise BSM, HR, Payroll and FOH systems. They ensure compliance with WH&S legislation to provide a safe environment to our patrons, contractors and staff. The Front of House Duty Manager is also required to integrate FOH requirements with other departments, contractors, artists and tenants. The Front of House Duty Manager supervises and coordinates venue security personnel from external companies. Interested in applying?
