We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Low-Code & Automation to lead the design and delivery of digital solutions while helping shape the future of our growing capability. What You'll Do
- Lead the delivery of low-code, workflow and automation solutions across government and enterprise engagements.
- Provide technical leadership, establish delivery standards and drive quality outcomes.
- Translate business challenges into practical, scalable and fit-for-purpose digital solutions.
- Mentor developers and consultants, supporting capability growth and technical excellence.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to provide trusted advice on solution design, delivery and risk management.
- Contribute to business growth through technical solutioning, estimates, proposals and client relationship development.
- Help shape our future capabilities in automation, intelligent workflows and emerging AI technologies.
What You'll Bring
We're seeking a technically credible leader who combines hands-on solution delivery experience with strong consulting, stakeholder engagement and people leadership skills.
You'll bring experience in some or all of the following:
- Leading the delivery of low-code, workflow or automation solutions.
- Developing configurable applications, workflows, forms and business rules.
- API integrations, systems connectivity and solution architecture concepts.
- SQL and relational databases.
- Leading technical teams, mentoring developers and driving delivery outcomes.
- Engaging senior stakeholders and translating business requirements into practical solutions.
- Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Experience with technologies such as Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), UiPath, Appian, ServiceNow, OutSystems, Mendix, Nintex, Salesforce, WorQ or similar platforms will be highly regarded. We are equally interested in strong low-code and automation fundamentals, coupled with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
