Job Description

Posted on: November 14, 2025

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive growth across major insurance clients for our global technology client - a leader in low-code automation and digital process transformation.

Their platform helps insurers streamline operations, improve customer experience, and accelerate claims, policy, and underwriting workflows through intelligent automation and data-driven insights.

This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional who thrives on building strong relationships and selling complex enterprise solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Based in Melbourne, you'll travel regularly across New South Wales to engage with key stakeholders across the insurance ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand a portfolio of enterprise insurance clients across NSW and Victoria
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through to close
  • Engage senior decision-makers across claims, underwriting, and operations to identify automation opportunities
  • Build compelling business cases showcasing ROI and operational improvement
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams to shape tailored proposals
  • Represent the business at industry forums, conferences, and client events

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in technology, SaaS, or digital transformation
  • 5+ years selling into the insurance or financial services sector
  • Proven ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles and secure large-scale deals
  • Strong understanding of process automation, digital workflow, or low-code solutions
  • Established relationships with insurers, brokers, or underwriting agencies preferred
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly across NSW
