About the role:

• Preparing monthly journals, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring accurate coding across departments.
• Assisting with management reporting, variance analysis, and audit preparation.
• Managing the fixed asset register and supporting tax compliance (BAS, GST, payroll tax).
• Collaborating with site teams to improve reporting accuracy and streamline processes.

About you:

• Completed Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or CA qualification (or studying toward.)
• 5+ years’ accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general ledger and intercompany accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Pronto a plus).
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
