As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of the business across NSW, driving growth, building lasting relationships, and delivering exceptional service to retail partners. About The Role Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, and deepening relationships with retail partners across NSW – from Newcastle to Parramatta and beyond. You’ll be out in front of clients daily presenting products, delivering samples, and offering tailored solutions that meet the needs of a diverse customer base.

  • Represent the brand with professionalism and energy across NSW
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and training sessions
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Travel regularly across the region to maintain a strong market presence
  • Participate in occasional travel to New Zealand for brand alignment and team collaboration
  • Be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets

About You

  • Proven experience in a sales role – ideally within the flooring, interiors, or building materials industry.
  • A natural relationship builder with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Highly motivated by targets and performance incentives.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and eager to grow with a dynamic brand.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing a regional travel schedule.
  • Passionate about design, quality, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
