• Location: Sydney
• Office attendance 50%
• Salary: $130k-$140k base + super for a multi year fixed-term contract

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support business analysis activities across complex transformation initiatives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements
• Help shape and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions aligned with business goals
• Contribute to end-to-end project delivery across trading and investment service platforms

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within financial services
• Knowledge of Wealth Management products, such as:
  • Custodial services
  • Managed funds
  • Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs)
  • Superannuation and pension products
  • Investment platforms and wrap services
• Demonstrated success working on large-scale transformation
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Jira, Confluence
• Background in Big4 consulting (advantageous)
