In these roles, you’ll advise a diverse client base on complex property transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, and development projects. You’ll also contribute to innovative work in agribusiness, aged care, childcare, and renewable energy sectors. These roles are ideal for commercially minded lawyers looking to broaden their expertise and grow their careers in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on sales and acquisitions of office, retail, industrial, and agricultural properties.
• Assist with commercial, industrial, and retail leasing matters.
• Work on residential and mixed-use developments, including strata and community titles.
• Support property aspects of aged care, retirement, childcare, and social housing projects.
• Contribute to broader agribusiness and renewable energy matters.

The Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for lawyers with:

• 2+ years post-admission experience in property law.
• Strong transactional experience and familiarity with development work.
• Excellent drafting skills and a practical, commercial mindset.
• Ability to negotiate complex agreements and manage competing priorities.
