UKG Pro System Analyst

About The Role Team Global Express is looking for a UKG PRO System Analyst to join our team based on St Kilda Road, Melbourne on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will focus on building, supporting, maintaining, and optimising our UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) workforce management systems. Reporting to the UKG System Owner, you will play a key role in delivering the Workforce Time Capture Project, ensuring system efficiency, data integrity, and smooth deployments. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system changes.
• Configure and maintain UKG modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, CRTs, and Integrations for site deployments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for UKG system support, troubleshooting, and enhancements during deployments and hypercare.
• Support data imports from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance ahead of cutover.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using UKG reporting tools.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Provide end-user training and create documentation for system processes and best practices.
• Participate in project planning and execution for new UKG implementations or enhancements.
• Support testing activities including parallel pay runs, UAT, and PVT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with UKG systems (UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or Workforce Central).
• Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll processes, and workforce management.
• Proficiency in SQL, report writing, and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with system integrations and APIs is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• UKG certifications or training.
• Experience in project management or business analysis.
• Understanding of database management, cloud computing, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
