What You’ll Bring:

�� Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant

�� Strong account management and lead generation skills

�� A background in 360 Recruitment within an agency setting

�� A track record of exceeding targets and delivering results

�� Outstanding candidate and client relationship skills

�� A positive, energetic, and resilient approach

�� A team-first attitude with a drive for success

Responsibilities:

You will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and executing strategies to attract top talent to your candidate pipeline and for clients, develop and strengthen relationships with clients through hiring managers, cultivate a pipeline of strong candidates for your field of specific focus/ in-line with business priorities and stay across relevant industry trends to ensure clients benefit from associated insights.
