Focused on supporting the hardworking businesses of Australia, TAFS simplifies the financing process with a dedicated internal credit team. This

team pre-vets and packages applications to increase the chances of approval while minimizing delays. Working with a wide network of bank and non-bank lenders, TAFS matches clients with financing solutions tailored to their unique needs and remains committed to supporting them from start to finish.

Role DescriptionAbout the Role

As a Finance Graduate, you’ll:

• Assist brokers in preparing finance applications for lenders and clients
• Conduct financial reviews and assist with structuring deals
• Liaise with clients, lenders, and dealerships to coordinate paperwork and approvals
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Help maintain accurate records and support reporting processes
• Contribute to team projects aimed at improving client service and operational efficiency

We’re seeking a recent graduate who is:

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Eager to learn and develop their understanding of asset finance
• An excellent communicator who is confident dealing with clients and stakeholders
• Organised and proactive, able to manage competing priorities
• Interested in pursuing a career in financial services or commercial lending

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent completion of a university degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field
• Basic understanding of financial statements and lending principles (preferred, but not essential - training provided)
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and digital tools
