Are you an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys supporting people, systems, and operations across multiple locations? Toro Australia is seeking an Operations Administrator to join our Operations team in Adelaide. This full‑time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys variety, and is confident working across teams. You’ll provide administrative and operational support to multiple Toro Australia sites, ensuring day‑to‑day activities run smoothly and professionally. What’s In It For You?

What Will You Do?

  • Act as a key point of contact for visitors, callers, and general enquiries, ensuring a professional first impression.
  • Manage shared inboxes and general customer and internal communications.
  • Provide administrative support across operations, sales, marketing, facilities, WHS, and national support functions.
  • Assist with the preparation of tender documentation and industry reporting.
  • Coordinate WHS inductions, maintain records, and support site safety administration and meetings.
  • Process invoices, expenses, and promotional activities within SAP and Concur.
  • Coordinate site services including mail, accommodation bookings, catering, office supplies, and facilities maintenance.
  • Support company events, meetings, and national site activities.
  • Liaise with property managers, security providers, and IT services to resolve site‑related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Toro’s WHS requirements and Code of Conduct.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff as required.

What Do You Bring?

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role within a professional environment.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office (experience with SAP and Concur desirable).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to work.
  • A current Australian driver’s licence.
