About The Role With an exciting brownfields hard-rock mining project on the horizon, we’re seeking experienced Site Administrators. Located nearby Southern Cross, these roles are offered on a FIFO 8/6 roster from Perth or DIDO roster from surrounding towns. In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and deliver efficient and effective administration planning and support
• Maintaining rosters and inputting employee hours
• Managing mobilisation process
• Maintain reports, filing systems and personnel files as directed
• Maintain correspondence notes, filing systems and process invoices and procure employees in compliance with company requirements

About You

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• 2 years experience in a similar position
• Experience with JDE & Inex required
• Experience in mining operations administration
• Professional, mature and reliable approach to duties and colleagues
