About the Role At Tomago Aluminium, we’re investing in our people, plant and future. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sourcing Advisor to lead strategic procurement and supplier partnerships at a large-scale industrial operation. This is a high-impact role where you’ll influence multi-million-dollar spend, build resilient supply chains, and partner closely with operational teams to keep a critical site running safely, efficiently, and sustainably. About The Role In this role, you’ll combine strategy and execution—driving sourcing initiatives while ensuring seamless day-to-day supply continuity. Strategic impact

• Develop and deliver procurement strategies aligned to business priorities
• Analyse market trends and translate insights into competitive advantage
• Build long-term, high-value partnerships with key suppliers
• Lead contract development, tendering, and commercial negotiations

Operational delivery

• Ensure timely supply of materials and services across site operations
• Manage commercial relationships for a large supplier portfolio
• Identify and deliver cost-saving and value optimisation initiatives
• Lead cross-functional sourcing projects with internal stakeholders
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement

Leadership & collaboration

• Mentor team members and contribute to a high-performing procurement function
• Work closely with operations, technical teams, and external suppliers
• Influence decision-making through data and commercial insight
