UGL Energy and Industrial are currently recruiting Plant Operators to join our team on the Goyder BESS project in SA!
We are seeking team players with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety and a drive to deliver high quality projects, our plant operators will be operating (Road Roller, Skid Steer, Excavators, dozers).
· 3/1 Roster FIFO and DIDO options, permanent position
· Excellent rates/conditions, BESS project, long term employment
Key Requirements:
- Drivers licence
- Operating tickets (Road Roller, Skid Steer, Excavators, dozers)
- Construction White Card
- Working at Heights
- Experience working on Construction, wind farms or civil infrastructure projects
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude toward safety and continuous improvement
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technology
- Practical problem‑solving and relationship‑building capabilities
- Reliable, proactive and committed to high-quality work
