About The Role They have an exciting opportunities for multiple Legal Secretaries and Personal Assistants to join their growing professional team across a number of the disciplines on a full-time basis. Daily tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support including, but not limited to, general file, diary, and email management;
- Co-ordinating electronic meetings;
- Handling client communication, ensuring prompt and professional responses;
- Drafting correspondence and legal documentation;
- Assisting with preparation and collation of briefs to Counsel;
- Drafting Court documentation and correspondence under supervision;
- Assisting with collation of affidavit and exhibit material;
- Attending to Court filing and co-ordinating process servers for service;
- Preparation of monthly client billing;
- Conducting searches and enquires; and
- Performing ancillary tasks on an ad hoc basis.
About You
- 2+ years' experience in the legal industry;
- Experience in Conveyancing, Commercial, and Property Law ideal, although not essential;
- High attention to detail, proactive, tech-savvy and a team player;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe; and
- Experience with Titles Office forms would be advantageous.
