About Your New Employer This well-established and growing organisation operates within a product-driven environment, supplying into a diverse customer base across Australia. About Your New Role Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial information while supporting strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Key Responsibilities Include

• End-to-end month-end close process, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting
• Preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
• Cash flow management and forecasting
• Supporting tax compliance activities (BAS, FBT, income tax support)
• Leading audit processes and liaising with external auditors
• Maintaining and improving financial controls and processes
• Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business performance
• Partnering with internal stakeholders across operations and commercial teams

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong technical accounting background combined with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset. Key Requirements

• CA/CPA or equivalent qualification (or near completion)
• Advanced Excel skills (non-negotiable)
• Proven experience working in a multi-entity environment
• Strong ERP systems exposure
• Experience within a product-based industry preferred (not essential)
• Motivated, driven, and proactive with a hands-on approach
• Strong communication skills
