Our Group Enablement Teams are the Technology, Business Enablement, Value Chain, and Replenishment experts developing new capabilities and platforms for a better retail future. We’re the crucial link between our stores and the stock they need, the IT engine moving our business forward, the strategic connectors streamlining the way we work, and the forward thinkers using tech to transform the retail experience. What you'll do 

Our goal is to have customers put us first, across all our brands. One of the keys to achieving and sustaining this is building and maintaining lean systems and end-to-end processes. As the Connex Developer, you will play a critical role in this strategic imperative by providing software development, subject matter expertise, and support services within Payments IT.

As part of a team of Connex Developers you will be responsible for:

  • Performing design and development across a portfolio of payments projects '

  • Performing upgrades, configuration, and maintenance as required.

  • Authoring detailed design documents as required by projects

  • Adhering to design principles that provide robust solutions

  • Performing peer code reviews in alignment to PCI requirements

  • Providing second level support to troubleshoot complex issues

What you'll bring

  • In depth knowledge of Connex and its System Architecture

  • In depth knowledge of AS2805 and ISO Standards

  • Expertise using TAL, Cobol, Tandem, Non-Stop

  • An understanding of Integration technologies and application architectures
