About The Client Our client delivers end-to-end fire protection solutionsincluding system design, installation, maintenance and emergency response trainingto protect people, property and assets across commercial, industrial and high-risk environments About The Position This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support across service delivery functions. You will manage work orders, coordinate service calls, liaise with customers and internal teams, and ensure accurate record keeping. The position plays a key role in maintaining smooth workflows, supporting technicians, and ensuring customer requests are handled efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer portals, work orders, and invoice documentation
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate system records
- Monitor inbox and respond to customer enquiries
- Coordinate service calls, breakdowns, and technician dispatch
- Match technician reports with job documentation
- Raise purchase orders and coordinate procurement activities
- Assist with invoicing queries and credit requests
- Liaise with accounts, sales, and internal stakeholders
- Generate reports and maintain filing systems
- Organise freight and logistics for goods dispatch
Skills And Experience Required
- Experience in administration or service coordination role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Experience using service systems (e.g., Pronto or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
