This entry-level role is perfect for someone ready to step out of retail or hospitality and into something fresh, fun, and full of variety. Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily space setup and presentation
• Reception cover – greet every guest and member with a warm, friendly welcome
• Restock kitchen goodies and keep the coffee flowing ☕
• Complete admin tasks with attention to detail
• Create event posters using Canva
• Manage Instagram posts and community updates
• Answer calls and direct messages with professionalism
• Set up and pack down meeting rooms
• Organise mail and parcels
• Onboard new members and manage meeting room bookings
• Provide general member support and troubleshooting
• Organise catering for member events and meetings
• Assist with social and community events to bring people together
• Work closely with the Space Leader to keep everything running smoothly
• Occasional errand running

• All experience levels considered, though retail or hospitality backgrounds are highly regarded
• A natural people-person with a warm, approachable, and chatty manner
• Comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life
• Professional, reliable, and always willing to roll up your sleeves
