The Opportunity

Due to the growth of the firm, we are looking for a Senior Associate with at least 4.5 years PQE to join our Professional and Financial Risks team, working with our Construction Professional Indemnity Partners across various areas of Professional Indemnity coverage and defence.

The team handles a wide array of construction-related disputes and professional indemnity matters, from smaller-scale claims in VCAT and Supreme Court to large-scale commercial infrastructure projects. You'll have exposure to everything from domestic building disputes to major commercial and infrastructure claims involving design and construction issues.

You will be involved in the defence of professionals (such as engineers, architects, and surveyors) who face legal action, and will work on a range of high-profile Supreme Court disputes.

• 4.5 years' PQE with experience in professional indemnity, general litigation, construction litigation or property damage litigation.
