You’ll be joining a team that values curiosity, creativity, and camaraderie, with strong national support and exciting opportunities to grow your career in the Northern Territory.

About The Role

Your role will involve leading small to medium-sized design projects, ensuring best practice delivery while managing costs and timelines, and developing strong relationships with clients. This role is also an opportunity to drive the development of our Building Services team and contribute to the achievement of our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide electrical design leadership on both single and multi-disciplinary projects across a range of sectors
  • Lead small to medium-sized engineering design projects and support larger, more complex projects to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with external clients and authorities, as well as internal colleagues and managers, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Deliver best practices to achieve optimal outcomes for clients, focusing on saving time and reducing costs without compromising on quality.
  • Build solid, long-term relationships with clients, identifying new business development opportunities and understanding their evolving needs.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the business unit by supporting strategic goals and initiatives aimed at enhancing overall success.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering;
  • 7 to 10+ years’ industry experience on Australian building services projects, ideally in a consulting environment;
  • Well versed in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging in scale and sector
  • Strong client relationship management and project management skills;
  • Sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC etc.)

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • The opportunity to work on impactful and innovative projects.
  • Career development and professional growth opportunities.
  • A dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
  • Work from home arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.
  • Flexible working hours and working from home;
  • Global mobility;
  • Parental leave and self-funded additional annual leave (up to 4 weeks);
  • Corporate employee discounts and offers;
  • Salary continuance insurance;
  • Wellness at work and social club
