Duck Creek Claims Technical Lead

Qualifications:

B.Tech/MCA with Duck Creek Certification

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Duck Creek Claims implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand claims-related requirements.
• Design, develop and oversee Claims configuration, integration, and deployment activities across environments.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to architectural standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development, testing, and production.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Coordinate with QA teams to validate Claims functionality and support UAT.
• Stay updated on Duck Creek platform enhancements and recommend improvements.
• Expertise in P&C insurance Claims management lifecycle and configuration techniques
• Experience with Duck Creek Claims V12 and SaaS delivery models
• Proficiency in .NET, XML, XSLT, and web services/API integration
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
