Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our Core Banking systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core banking platforms, regulatory requirements, customer needs, and the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives to deliver high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities Operational :

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core banking modules (e.g., deposits, lending, payments, general ledger, customer onboarding).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather and prioritize business and technical requirements.
• Define and maintain a product roadmap aligned with the organization’s digital transformation and customer experience goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Work with core banking platform vendors to ensure timely and successful feature delivery and system updates.
• Ensure products meet all applicable regulatory and security standards, working closely with legal, risk, and compliance teams.
• Champion customer needs by analyzing feedback, behavior, and data to shape product decisions.
• Define KPIs, track product performance, and iterate based on data and user feedback.
