As Venue General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Ferny Grove venue from day one. You will build and shape your team, create a fun and high-energy environment, and ensure smooth operations as we bring the Yo-Chi vibes to a vibrant, brand-new community. Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear, values-led leadership to build and develop a high-performing team
• Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and brand standards
• Drive financial performance across labour, COGs, and P&L outcomes
• Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
• Ensure health, safety, and food compliance standards are consistently met
• Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve operational and service excellence
• Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-focused team culture.

About You

• Proven leadership experience in retail, QSR, or hospitality management
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and financial targets
• Confident in building teams and developing emerging leaders
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve effectively
• Hands-on and adaptable, with a proactive leadership style
• Excited by the opportunity to establish and lead a new venue
