What You'll Be Doing:
As the Venue General Manager, you'll lead from the front, build and develop a high performing team, create exceptional guest experiences and drive strong commercial results.
This opportunity would suit a confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership and knows how to bring out the best in their team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the opening of Yo-Chi Coomera, setting the standard, building a strong culture and creating a venue your team and community love being part of.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, rostering and developing a high-performing venue team
- Owning day-to-day operations: labour costs, stock control, COGS and P&L performance
- Setting the standard for guest experience and making sure it's delivered every single shift
- Recruiting, onboarding and training new team members
- Partnering with your Area Leader on venue performance and growth initiatives
- Creating a culture people want to stay for
- Proven leadership experience managing hospitality, retail, or QSR venues.
- Confident managing financial performance, including labour, COGS, budgets, and P&L.
- Availability across a flexible Monday to Sunday rotating roster.
- Experienced in building teams, coaching people, and developing emerging leaders.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
