As a leader at Yo-Chi, you’ll be the heartbeat of the venue, making sure everything runs smoothly, customers leave smiling, and our team stays energised and motivated. Your role is all about creating a positive, high-performing environment. What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading by example and delivering unforgettable customer experiences.
• Keeping the energy up and ensure the venue is running like clockwork.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory and stock management.
• Train, develop, and support a motivated, high-performing team.
• Manage key metrics including labour, COGs, and venue performance.
• Take ownership of venue P&L’s

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced leader from hospitality or retail background.
• People-focused and team-oriented leader who loves building great teams and creating a welcoming vibe.
• A problem-solver with a proactive, positive mindset.
