- Salary: Social & Community Services Level 3 | $38.65 to $41.45 per hour + Super

About The Team The Gendered Violence and Family Programs Team provided a vital role in supporting cis, non-binary and gender diverse women and their families impacted by domestic and family violence. Joining our Gendered Violence and Family Programs Team means becoming part of a passionate group committed to trauma-informed, client-centred care and meaningful social change. About This Opportunity We’re looking for an energetic, passionate and organised Program Administration Officer to support our Gendered Violence and Family Program teams in providing safe accommodation and support services for victim‑survivors. In this role, you’ll deliver essential administrative and program support - maintaining documentation, managing client data, coordinating surveys and reports, and acting as the Darwin Region Client Management System Site Champion. You’ll also handle client and stakeholder enquiries, schedule appointments, manage program inboxes, and ensure safehouse properties are well maintained. Your contribution helps our programs run smoothly and supports a positive experience for clients and the team. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
- Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- The ability to build respectful, trusting relationships and provide strength‑based support.
- Experience with administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate case files and program data.
- The ability to respond sensitively to disclosures and maintain confidentiality, particularly in domestic and family violence contexts.
- A collaborative approach to working with external services, along with an understanding of the legal and ethical responsibilities involved in supporting clients in crisis.
