  • Identifying and escalating project risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Engaging with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and developing project management capabilities

About You The ideal candidate is an early-career Electrical Engineer with a strong aptitude for project delivery and a clear ambition to progress into project management. They bring a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for working in fast-paced, technical environments. Comfortable navigating complex infrastructure projects, they demonstrate an ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and contribute to high-performing teams. They are motivated by the opportunity to work on critical high voltage substation projects that directly support Australia’s digital infrastructure and economic growth, and are eager to build both technical and commercial capabilities in a dynamic project setting.
