Fair profile

The profile lacks a resume, which significantly reduces its market value. The candidate is based in the Philippines (Tier 2 country) seeking relocation to Australia, which adds complexity. The job title 'Experienced Barista' has moderate demand, but the skills listed are very generic and limited. The summary is decent but could be more targeted. No links (LinkedIn, portfolio) are provided, which is a missed opportunity. The candidate should create a well-structured resume highlighting specific achievements and skills. Additionally, expanding the skills section with relevant keywords (e.g., latte art, POS systems, inventory management) would improve ATS compatibility. The experience level is mid-level with 2+ years, which is acceptable for barista roles. Language proficiency in English is assumed but not specified; if bilingual, it could be an asset.

How to improve

Enhance the summary by quantifying achievements and adding specific skills. For example: 'Dedicated Barista with 2+ years of experience in high-volume cafes, skilled in espresso preparation, latte art, and customer relationship building. Proven track record of increasing repeat customers through personalized service and maintaining 95% satisfaction scores. Seeking to bring expertise in coffee craftsmanship and team collaboration to a dynamic hospitality environment in Australia.' Also, mention any additional languages or certifications (e.g., food safety).
