Business Development Manager - Mining & Industrial Markets

As the business continues to grow, we're seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help customers solve operational challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the continued success of the business.

The Opportunity

In this customer-facing role, you'll work closely with mining and industrial clients, developing trusted relationships, identifying their challenges and requirements, and connecting them with solutions that create real value.

• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with key stakeholders across customer operations
• Identify and create new business opportunities across mining and heavy industry
• Promote QE Innovations products, services and technical solutions
• Generate qualified opportunities for Product Managers
• Conduct regular customer visits and site engagement
• Build networks with operational, maintenance and engineering stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with Product Managers and internal teams

What We’re Looking For

• Proven business development or industrial sales experience
• Resilient, tenacious and commercially motivated
• Comfortable hearing "no" and continuing to build relationships
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Mining, engineering, manufacturing or industrial sector experience preferred
• Technically minded with strong commercial instincts
• Willingness to travel and spend significant time with customers
