HSEQ Manager

Our client is a highly respected group of companies specialising in design, construction, management, and property development. They are known for their strong safety and quality culture. To support this culture, they are seeking an experienced HSE and QA Manager who will collaborate with their Executive leadership team, employees, subcontractors, and trades.

You will enjoy working in a professional services environment, persuading, influencing and training key stakeholders to create a safer work environment, coupled with working on their quality systems to maintain best practice and industry standards. Whilst these 2 pivotal disciplines are already in place, you will ensure they meet regulatory obligations and improve safety and compliance. Maintaining their policies, procedures and a sustainable framework for the stakeholders and the team. This is an exciting venture for an individual who looks at the operational requirements of projects and services, whilst working to minimise risk and improve safety.

Ideally, the right candidate will have WHS and compliance experience in Construction and be able to translate regulatory compliance into written and on-the-job functionality. You will also enjoy travelling to client sites and dealing with diverse groups of people and clients.
