Description: About the Role: As an Assistant Manager of Anytime Fitness Wyndham Vale, you will assist in leading day-to-day operations of the club, drive membership growth, and deliver exceptional member experience. You will work closely with your team members and report to your Club Manager, playing an essential role in the club's success and community. Full training is provided. You people skills and sales ability and passion for health and fitness matter the most. Duties:

  • Generating and converting new membership leads through calls and community outreach
  • Build strong member relationships
  • Help to manage daily club operations to ensure a clean, safe and efficient environment
  • Assist in coaching and developing team members to deliver exceptional member service

  • Previous Sales Experience
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Working with Children check and Police Check
  • Be strong and critical for excellent customer service
  • Self-motivated, willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally
  • Proactive - offer opinions, feedback and new ideas in partnership with the management
  • Take initiative and responsibility
  • Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others
  • Be available mornings and evenings
