Display Project Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Display Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Melbourne’s western suburbs. This is a full-time, office-based role at our Derrimut Office (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday). The Role As a Display Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality display homes on time and to standard. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating, scheduling and tracking display deliverables from concept to display opening.
• Ensure target commencement and completion dates for displays are delivered.
• Liaising with suppliers, consultants and contractors to ensure accurate documentation is delivered.
• Managing design variations and updating drawings and documentation.
• Organising and attending site visits, ensuring work aligns with documentation.
• Overseeing approvals & permits
• Document & checking of display designs and producing as displayed brochure plans

About You We’re looking for someone who brings expertise, drive, and strong attention to detail. You will have:

• 3+ years’ experience with a volume residential builder (essential).
• Display experience highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of the residential home construction process.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit and excellent documentation skills.
• Strong organisation, time management, and communication skills.
• Current knowledge of VIC building regulations & Australian Standards.
