Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Knoxfield, VIC. As an Account Manager at Air Energy Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer support. Your day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth through proactive account management and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Knowledge of industrial piping systems or related engineering products (preferred)
  • Proficiency in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, sales, engineering, or a related field are a plus
