Business Development Manager

WOW Recruitment is partnering with a leading business to find a Business Development Manager to drive growth across its Industrial Sales division.

The Opportunity

In this role, you'll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and building relationships through to negotiating and closing deals. Working with clients across the industrial sector, you'll help businesses maximise the value of surplus equipment by providing tailored asset disposal solutions. across earthmoving, mining, transport, construction, or engineering equipment.

• $100 – 110k + Super + $20,000 Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission
• Flexible working - on the road, from home, or in the office
• Experience in heavy equipment, earthmoving, mining, construction machinery, or access hire is highly regarded🔧 The Role

• Identify and win new business opportunities
• Build and manage a pipeline of new, warm, and dormant accounts
• Develop opportunities through market research and industry networking
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Forecast sales activity and report against targets and KPIs

🎯 About You

• Proven success in business development and closing high-value deals
• Industry network across mining, earthmoving, transport, construction, or engineering
• Experience selling heavy equipment, machinery, auctions, or related services is preferred
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach
