AJ Building & Restoration is looking for a Restoration Coordinator to join our team in Sunshine North, VIC.
Working closely with our restoration team, you’ll coordinate the people, equipment and information needed to keep jobs progressing and our clients informed.
We are a busy team working in a fast-paced environment, so this role would suit someone who enjoys variety, stays organised and is happy to adapt as priorities change.
What you’ll be doing:
• Scheduling restoration technicians and subcontractors.
• Arranging restoration works, equipment and IEP appointments.
• Liaising with clients, customers and site teams.
• Tracking job progress and following up outstanding actions.
• Coordinating reports, photos and documentation.
• Maintaining accurate job records and supporting invoicing.
What you’ll bring:
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and a calm approach when priorities change.
• Initiative, accountability and a willingness to follow things through.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and job management systems.
• A supportive, practical approach to teamwork.
Experience in restoration, insurance building or trade coordination would be highly regarded. Strong coordination experience from a similar industry is also welcome.
