About the role.

Aletek is an Australian manufacturer of innovate products for the natural resource sector, engineered to improve the safety, reliability, and productivity of mobile mining equipment and stationary engines.

As a global family-owned business, with many well-established partnerships in this industry, Aletek has a direct presence North America, South America and Indonesia.

We are looking for someone to lead the Australian Sales Team to deliver and sustain the revenue growth and strategic objectives.

With Business Development Managers, Key Account Managers, and Sales Support Team located across Australia and Indonesia, this role will involve significant travel.

What you will do in the role.

  • Managing revenue creation to meet or exceed the financial revenue targets set for Australia and Indonesia (minimal oversight).
  • Tracking and monitoring sales performance.
  • Planning and executing strategic initiatives that bring both short and long-term value to Aletek.
  • Recruit and retain top talent will a high-performance mindset and skillset, who are a culture and core values fit.
  • Set and enforce behavior and performance standards.
  • Mentor individuals to grow in their career.
  • Travel within region to provide in-field coaching for team members.
  • Plan and execute effective individual and team meetings that provide positive outcomes.
  • Advance corporate customer relationships to consolidate and grow business with target customers.
  • Uphold and improve Aletek’s brand promise.
