All Areas Access (AAA) is continuing its national expansion, and we’re looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated GWO Trainer & Assessor to join our growing Renewables Training team!
We’re seeking someone who brings genuine wind industry experience into the training environment and shares our passion for delivering the highest standards of technical training.
🌬️ THE ROLE
✅ Deliver high-quality GWO training and assessment
✅ Support our expanding national training facilities and operations
✅ Contribute to training development, quality and continuous improvement
✅ Opportunities to occasionally return to the field, supporting our wind farm operations and projects across Australia
🎯 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 3 years’ operational experience working on wind farms
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE)
* Current, valid driver’s licence
* Ability and willingness to travel nationally
* Excellent communication, technical and instructional skills
* Strong commitment to Quality, Safety and training excellence
* Must have current legal working rights in Australia
🎓 DESIRED GWO TRAINING CAPABILITIES
* GWO BST – Basic Safety Training
* GWO ART – Advanced Rescue Training
* GWO BTT – Basic Technical Training
* GWO EFA – Enhanced First Aid
⭐ Preference will be given to applicants who are already qualified and certified GWO Trainers, particularly those with experience delivering multiple GWO training modules
