We’re Hiring a Social Media Manager

AMPERNA® is an Australian skincare, body care and haircare brand committed to creating active products specifically formulated for even the most sensitive skin, so they can be used by everybody. Founded in 2018 we have grown quickly since launch and sell our skincare to our customers all around the world. The Role

**

As our Social Media Manager you’ll be responsible for AMPERNA’s social media content creation, as well as liaison with influencers and brands we partner with! We want to see your passion for social media come through as you help grow our followers on our social media platforms. You will be responsible for coming up with fun and interesting ways to help drive up our engagement and following, and in turn grow brand loyalty and engage new customers. You will use your ability to manage others by coordinating and managing our photo and video shoots and ensuring they produce the high-quality content we require.

Responsibilities

**

- Manage the Organic Content Strategy across the brand's social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with a focus on brand awareness, engagement and conversion.

- Create digital content to use across social platforms using tools such as CapCut for video and Canva for static imagery.

- Schedule all social media creative content pieces across specified social platforms.

- Suggest and implement social media partnership ideas that increase brand awareness such as Giveaways, IG LIVES, and other forms of collaborations.

- Maintain the brands style guidelines & ensure the brand aesthetic is amplified.

- Create and manage the brand's content calendar.

- Work closely with the brand Founder to coordinate and plan brand-related photoshoots.

- Manage community engagement across Instagram, TikTok & Facebook.

- Help grow the brand social media accounts as well as increase engagement.

- Manage Influencer, Ambassador, and UGC collaborations including briefing, strategy, and relationship management.

- Influencer and like-minded outreach (must be on brand and authentic).

- Plan and execute PR brand rounds to enhance brand awareness.

- Collaborate with the e-newsletter coordinator by contributing to layout design and messaging that strengthens customer retention and community.

- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute creative concepts to support overarching marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

- Plan and execute social-first campaigns that amplify main marketing initiatives such as product launches, brand milestones, and promotional events.

-Provide monthly social media analytics, including performance insights from posts, influencer collaborations, and brand affiliates.

About you

**

- Minimum of 3 years experience of Social Media Management or similar

- Marketing qualifications essential

- Ability to plan and manage photo and video shoots

- Ability to use Canva to create images, GIFs, animations and infographics

- Be a naturally creative person with great ideas and a drive to succeed

- Have strong attention to detail as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Must have a passion for wellness/beauty/skincare!

-Photography and video editing skills using the Adobe Suite or similar (social media quality) highly regarded
