Job Description

We’re redefining convenience, and as a Store Manager at Ampol, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation. As the face of our stores, you'll treat each location as your own, driving excellence and creating outstanding one-stop-shop experiences for our customers. Your leadership will turn innovative ideas into reality, ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently.

As a Store Manager, You Will:

  • Lead with Excellence: Coach and motivate your team to achieve everyday excellence.
  • Elevate Customer Service: Personalize every customer interaction and ensure exceptional service.
  • Drive Performance: Focus on profitability while managing costs, expenses, and waste.
  • Balance Priorities: Navigate a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment with skill and efficiency.
  • Leverage Your Experience: Bring your management experience and full availability to excel in this role.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service management experience
  • Computer Literacy and understanding of P&L’s
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends
  • Commitment to workplace safety and hygiene
