Key Responsibilities
Delivery Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of projects and programs across the application development lifecycle.
Ensure delivery commitments are achieved with respect to scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Oversee Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Drive release planning, deployment, and transition activities.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues.
Conduct regular governance meetings, project reviews, and steering committee discussions.
Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Financial Management
Manage project budgets, revenue forecasts, and cost controls.
Monitor project profitability and resource utilization.
Track billing milestones and support invoicing activities.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
Ensure financial targets and contractual obligations are achieved.
Resource & Team Management
Lead and manage project managers, scrum masters, technical leads, and delivery teams.
Drive workforce planning and resource allocation.
Support employee development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Manage succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues.
Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Escalate critical risks to senior leadership as required.
Maintain RAID logs and delivery governance artifacts.
Ensure business continuity and operational resilience.
