About the role

This high-profile position offers an outstanding platform for an ambitious Senior Project Manager to drive the execution of high-density, multi-storey developments across Perth. Embedded within a highly resourced team, you will hold ultimate accountability for construction delivery, sub-contractor management, risk mitigation and commercial performance.


Acting as the operational nexus between development management and on-site delivery, you will ensure projects maintain momentum while adhering to rigorous standards of workmanship, safety, and financial control. This role is ideally suited to a seasoned construction leader looking to take total ownership of major projects with an established market leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complete project delivery from site setup through to handover
  • Guide project teams, contracts administrators and site supervisors
  • Control project budgets, cost forecasts and executive financial reports
  • Lead head contract procurement and key sub-contractor lettings
  • Maintain high standards for safety, site quality and compliance
  • Coordinate between internal development leads, consultants and authorities


What You'll Bring:

  • Background as a Senior Project Manager on large commercial builds
  • Prior experience working with tier 1/ tier 2 builders or developer-builders
  • Solid technical knowledge of structural, facade and finishing packages
  • Strong skills in contract negotiation and overall financial management
  • Comprehensive understanding of local WA building regulations and NCC standards
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
